Tree ID & Standing Timber Assessment for Sustainable Timber Production: 1-day workshop Saturday 17th May 10am-4pm. £50. Suitable for those interested in developing basic tree ID & standing timber assessment skills, for example woodland owners, those considering buying a woodland, forestry and conservation students. Learn to identify our most common and most valuable timber species, make a basic assessment of timber quality and have an understanding of local timber market requirements/opportunities.
