Woodnet has launched a new service to promote local timber and wood products. Unlike WoodLots, which is primarily aimed at Business to Business, the new Directory will be promoted to the buying public who may wish to locate locally-produced wood and timber products for domestic and garden use. The initial directory entries have included the contents of the latest edition of WoodLots, but this searchable Directory offers now subscribers and advertisers a new opportunity to access the end users of timber products. The search can be filtered by keyword, or county and, as with WoodLots, enhanced Directory entries are available to WoodLots subscribers.
